In episode 4 the detectives come face to face with John John again to lead them to their next drug bust. FBI Agents Burks and Quinn are on the trail of finding out who’s behind the NYPD corruption ring. The Gunna Gang are on a crime spree to work their way up the crime ladder while Don Carlos ties up a few ends with his drug operation.
In episode 5 Detective Muzzi meets with the Staten Island mob boss Frank Cacciopoli. Juelz introduce a new member to the team sent by Probation Officer Perez. Stick-up crew Reese, Lexxi & Sinn stake out their first victim rapper E-XL at the Gentlemen’s Club as the chaos begins.
After the hotel robbery with E-XL and Reese, his manager Tavell is on a mission to find out who Reese is. Detective Roth and Jordan pay them a visit during their studio session, to question E-XL for more information. FBI agents Carson and Burks come in contact with Chris, while Juelz and Wildz talk to Reemo about joining the team. Detective Muzzi, Bray and Ortiz shakedown Tommy Luciano ordered.
In Blue City – The Calm Before… episode 7 Detective Bray persuades a detective to join their crew after an operation sting. Cory and Lula visit their father while the Gunna Gang crosses paths with him. Don Carlos rages war on Luis Moya, the son of the Dominican Republic’s most notorious drug kingpin.
In Blue City – The Storm Episode 8, John John finds himself in more trouble as he brings the detectives closer to Jamaican drug-lord Dada. Luis Moya and his wife Marcella discuss the aftermath of the assassination attempt made by Don Carlos. Probation Officer Perez comes in contact with FBI Agent Burks and Carson to discuss Chris’s affiliation with Detective Roth.
In Blue City – When Lines Get Crossed Episode 9 things take a bad turn when Detective Nicholson encounters the John from the Motel. Kristen Burch and Mayor McCarthy finally come face to face at City Hall. Juelz tries to balance his friendship with his crew and his personal life as things spiral out of control.
In Blue City episode 10, Juelz has to break the bad news to Cory while dealing with the aftermath of Erica’s boyfriend Wayne. Detective Bray leads the young team Vasquez, Morris and Nicholson on detail as they are in for a big surprise. The Boogieman comes face to face with a new assassin and enemy of Don Carlos.
In episode 11 Mayor McCarthy and Captain Whitfield deal with the shooting of an unarmed man by the detectives as they struggle to make sense of it with the media. Tommy makes a proposal with this crew to go after mob boss Frank Cacciopoli. Dada finally arrives in New York from Jamaica and meets with Nando’s twin brother George as they go after John John.
In the season finale, all scores will be settled as Juelz and Roth go after Jamaican drug lord Dada awaiting a huge shipment. The Staten Island mob family gets wind of Tommy’s plan to get rid of Frank Cacciopoli. Biggz and his rivals finally come face to face as the drama unfolds.
After a journalist and conspiracy theorist named Roy Owens senses that the shadow men of the secret society are following him, he attempts to recruit fellow journalist Jim Sanders to team up with him to expose the reptilian civilization. Meanwhile, Jim’s girlfriend, Anita, is pressuring him to get married.
